SHORT BIO
Charlie founded Bitscope in the fall of 2004 with the goal of providing consulting services to small and mid-sized companies. Charlie holds a masters degreee in cybersecurity and management, and is a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), an EnCase Cerfified Examiner (EnCE) and certified in software development and database technology as well.
Charlie's experience includes working with large government organizations, such as The Dept. of State, Freddie Mac, NASA and The Smithsonian Institution, as well as commercial enterprises from small, local businesses to large multi-national corporations.
